- Programming and music selections are made on a non-discriminatory basis.
- Music must be studio quality recording and must be submitted in broadcast quality formats.
- Music must be free of obscene, defamatory, derogatory, profane, and indecent material to be considered for airplay.
- Music submitted for consideration will not be returned.
- Please note that submitting your music does NOT guarantee airplay.
- Our programming department will make the final determination as to whether or not music submitted will be played and we do not sell or barter access to our programmers.
- Music that is added to our playlist is NOT guaranteed a specific amount of airplay.
A note about music licensing and copyrights:
- Wolf Creek Radio Broadcasting, LLC holds all necessary licenses with ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and GMR. By submitting music for consideration, submitting entities and individuals represent and warrant that submitted music has been registered with one of these performing rights organizations. Alternatively, if you are not a member of these organizations, you represent and warrant that you hold these rights personally and grant Wolf Creek Radio Broadcasting, LLC permission to broadcast your material.
- In addition, because we stream our programming over the internet, by submitting music for consideration, submitting entities and individuals represent and warrant that submitted music has been registered with SoundExchange.
