Sharron, Kara, and Sarah from Magellan of Wyoming came in to the studio to talk about a Youth Support group called “My Life.”
MY LIFE (Magellan Youth Leaders Inspiring Future Empowerment) is a free, fun and inspiring group for youth between the ages of 13 and 23 who have experience with mental health, substance use, foster care and/or other challenges. Meetings feature inspirational speakers, uplifting entertainment, fun activities, free food and information on a variety of topics important to youth. Through coaching and mentoring, MY LIFE empowers youth to use their voices to inspire and create positive change for themselves and others in their communities.
