UW Trustees Approve 2018-19 Budget, Including Employee Salary Adjustment

The University of Wyoming’s operating budget for the 2018-19 fiscal year includes investments in UW’s faculty and staff resources, including the first broad-based pay raise for UW employees in three years. The UW Board of Trustees today (Wednesday) approved the $497.84 million spending plan for the fiscal year that begins July 1, reflecting little change from the current overall budget level but reallocating dollars internally to achieve key objectives in UW’s strategic plan, “Breaking Through: 2017-2022.” Most significant is a $5.5 million pool for employee salary adjustments, the first such increase at UW since the 2015-16 fiscal year.... UW President to Hold Listening Sessions Around the State
