Former UW President Laurie Nichols Gets SOME Of Her Personnel Files

Last week, Laurie Nichols was given some of her personnel file by the University of Wyoming after her formal request October 3rd.

Nichols was only given SOME of her files, with a court filing by UW saying she was given copies of documents which she is entitled to. Under the Wyoming Public Records act, it says a public employee is entitled to applications, performance ratings and scholastic achievement data contained in a personnel file.

UW has denied a records request concerning Nichols termination as UW president, that records request was made by several media organisation and Nichols is trying to become a part of that review.

Judge Tori Kricken has been asked by Nichols to show her documents submitted for the judges private review.
