I80 between Walcot Junction and Laramie is now open both directions.
I80 between Laramie and Cheyenne is open.
US287 in both directions from the Colorado State Line to Laramie has been re-opened to traffic.
I-25 southbound from Cheyenne to Colorado is expected to open late in the afternoon. ( 1pm check of the WYDOT website suggests that the estimated opening time is 4 to 6 hours, so that would be 5 to 7pm)
All other roads are being evaluated on a case by case basis.
Crews have reported drifts as large as 10 feet deep along sections of I-80 in the Laramie and Arlington areas and will be using rotary plows and other equipment to move those drifts.
Once crews can get road surfaces clear and visibility improves, highways will begin to reopen across Southeast Wyoming. WYDOT is also coordinating with partner agencies in Nebraska and Colorado on road openings where applicable.
