Governor Matthew H. Mead, pursuant to proclamation issued by President Donald Trump’s Proclamation, has ordered both the U.S. and State of Wyoming flags be flown at half-staff statewide until sunset on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in honor of the victims of the act of violence perpetrated in Thousand Oaks, California yesterday.
