The intersection of Clark and Cedar streets will be controlled by temporary 4-way stop signs for the foreseeable future.

Due to the heavy snow and inclement weather experienced on March 16 and 17, the traffic signal at the intersection of Clark Street and Cedar Street experienced electrical damage and failed beyond reasonable repair.

The intersection of Clark and Cedar streets will be controlled by temporary 4-way stop signs for the foreseeable future. The traffic signal was scheduled to be removed as part of the Harney Street Bridge project, and a 2-way stop installed in its place; it was determined it was best to remove the traffic signal and replace it with stop signs at this time.
