HiViz Shooting Systems is excited to announce new ownership that will help lead the business with new growth and ensure long-term success for the company, its team members and its customers. Effective immediately, the Rechter family, who owns Rogers Group and its affiliated companies, will assume ownership of the HiViz business.
“The Rechters and their existing group of companies are a natural fit for HiViz. Dan and Rick Rechter who will serve on the Company Board are genuine outdoorsmen and avid hunters, and I am very comfortable and confident in their honest values and business expertise. After 23 years, I’m excited to continue our fast pace growth,” stated Phil Howe, current President/CEO of HiViz Shooting Systems.
Howe will continue to serve on the Company Board, remain involved in key roles in the development and growth of HiViz to maximize the existing additional 20,000 square feet in Laramie, WY. This partnership with Rogers, its affiliated companies and the Rechter family ensures that HiViz will remain in Wyoming, something very important to Wyoming Governor Matt Mead. “HiViz Shooting Systems is an asset to Laramie and Wyoming. I am pleased it will continue to call Wyoming home,” said Governor Mead.
