Most University of Wyoming business and administrative offices will be closed Friday, Dec. 22-Monday, Jan. 1, for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays as well as winter break. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, Jan. 2.
Because of the closure, the December payday for UW employees will be Thursday, Dec. 21.
Coe Library will close at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 21, and it will not re-open until 8 a.m. Jan. 2.
Half Acre Recreation and Wellness Center will be closed Dec. 23-26 and Dec. 30-Jan. 1. The pool will be closed Dec. 23-Jan. 1. Half Acre will be open from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 27-29 and from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. during weekdays starting Tuesday, Jan. 2. It will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, and noon-8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21. Spring semester hours begin Monday, Jan. 22.
The UW Art Museum will close at 5 p.m. Dec. 21. Administrative offices will reopen Jan. 2. Regular gallery hours will resume Saturday, Jan. 27, with new exhibitions.
The UW Geological Museum will close at 4 p.m. Dec. 21. The museum will re-open Jan. 2 with reduced hours (noon-3 p.m.) through Saturday, Jan. 20. Normal hours — Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. — will resume Monday, Jan. 22.
LaramieLink Dial-A-Ride service will end at 2 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20. Normal service will resume Saturday, Jan. 20, at 10 a.m. The Campus Commuter will operate on the holiday schedule Dec. 20-21; Jan. 2-5; Jan. 8-12; and Jan. 16-19.
