LARAMIE, WY – Black Dog Animal Rescue is again hosting the annual Jackalope 5K in Laramie on April 29th at Optimist Park.
For more than 15 years, this race has been run in support of local charities and BDAR is proud to continue this tradition. In order to make the race more inviting for everyone, the Jackalope 5K will be run as an untimed fun run/walk event this year.
BDAR is seeking support in the way of sponsorships from those invested in the Laramie community. The organization has boasted an active Laramie volunteer chapter for years and regularly participates in community events. Every year, a great many dogs and cats are adopted by local residents and volunteers contribute hundreds of hours of time and work to provide second chances for homeless pets.
Sponsorships are available in a variety of levels with advertising and name recognition opportunities. Businesses who choose to partner with BDAR have the opportunity to demonstrate to a large demographic their commitment to a cause near and dear to the hearts of pet owners. Advertising opportunities include logo and name recognition in electronic and printed media, event t-shirts, and even radio spots. Sponsorship support will help to ensure that all money raised by race participants can be utilized to fund the programs and services of this nonprofit organization.
For a sponsor packet or additional details, please contact Britney Wallesch, Executive Director, at 307-214-6600 or visit the website for details at http://www.bdar.org/annual-events/. BDAR asks that interested parties reach out before March 15th.
