Agency: Wyoming Inmate Dies of Illness

TORRINGTON, Wyo. (AP) — A 69-year-old inmate at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington has died. The Wyoming Department of Corrections says Ronald D. Anderson died on Saturday from a terminal illness. The agency says Anderson was serving two 10-15 year concurrent sentences on a third degree sexual abuse of a minor conviction out of Campbell County.... Continue Reading

Inquest Scheduled in Shooting of Man by Montana Police

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — An inquest has been scheduled for next month in the shooting death of a Wyoming man by a Billings police officer following a standoff in a hotel lobby. Thirty-two-year-old Kyle Killough of Gillette was killed in October after authorities say he refused to drop a handgun after 25 minutes of negotiations and then turned toward officers with the weapon.... Report: Interior Law Enforcement Chief ‘Unprofessional’

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Interior Department’s inspector general says the agency’s law enforcement director “demonstrated a pattern of unprofessional behavior” by touching and hugging female employees and making flirtatious remarks.
