Laramie Police Seeking Help To Identify Mail Theft Suspect

The Laramie Police Department is seeking help in identifying a male who is believed to have been stealing US Mail from rural mail boxes and then forging signatures to cash the checks and use the credit cards. The thefts are occurring mainly in northern Colorado but checks and false credit card transactions have been passed in Laramie and Albany County in the last few weeks. This act victimizes both the person who has his checks/credit card stolen and the businesses that honor the false transaction since that charge will be cancelled eventually.

If you have any information about this crime, you could earn a cash reward of up to $1,000.00. You do not have to give your name, and all information is kept strictly confidential. Please help the Laramie Police Department by calling CrimeStoppers today at 742-CARE (742-2273).
